Book Return Policy
- No prior permission is required for returns.
- No restocking charge.
- Bookstore is responsible for all shipping charges back to our warehouse.
- Books can be returned up to 6 months from the date of purchase that is printed on our invoice, or up to the date of the next edition, which ever comes first.
- Return damaged/defective books as soon as possible. All claims and discrepancies of any kind must be reported to us, via e-mail, within 60 days from the date of our invoice.
- Remove all labels and markings. Books must be resalable as new. No credit will be given on any book that is returned in an unsuitable condition.
